One AO is an annual gathering of the AO North America (AO NA®) community where we exchange perspectives on healthcare, leadership, surgical education, and training. The event brings together around 300 surgeons, including residents and fellows (invited for the first time in 2023), to experience the AO NA spirit.

The event also serves as an open forum to discuss topics that are important to the AO and its stakeholders.
